This cabin has 2 bedrooms and ½ bathroom; shower available for guests at the laundry room shower. Hill Cabin sleeps a max of 5 people with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 rollaway. Hill Cabin is one of the most rustic cabins at the ranch but is also one of the most popular cabins due to its location. It has spectacular views looking over the 1st lake and down the Rio Grande Valley.

*Peak-Season rate starts June 15th and ends August 9th
*Weekly rental requirement starts June 1st and ends August 23rd, arrivial and depauture on Saturdays.
Off-Season: Rate/Week: $826 ($118/night)
*2 night minimum rental requirement during the Off-Season, when not within the weekly rental dates.
*Plus Cleaning Fee: $55/stay
*Lodging & Sales Taxes: 7.5%
*Extra Occupant or Rollaway Bed: $20/night
